When Should I Service My Suspension?

Suspension problems don’t always show up right away — but when they do, you’ll feel it in every corner and bump. If your bike dives too hard under braking, bottoms out on rough roads, or feels loose in the handlebars, it’s time for service.

Warning signs include:

Fork oil leaking down the legs

Excessive bouncing after hitting bumps

Clunky or “notchy” steering when turning the bars

Uneven tire wear from poor suspension setup

Bike pulls or wobbles at speed

Harsh or uncomfortable ride even on smooth roads

For ATVs and dirt bikes, suspension takes an even bigger beating from jumps, ruts, and mud. Regular adjustments and rebuilds keep your machine performing and prevent expensive damage.
